Depending upon your industry and competitiveness, the quality of backlinks will vary. As I have mentioned, researched content earns more backlinks, at the same time you should also aim to acquire quality links (non-paid) from different websites.

Here is the documentation for AMP for eCommerce https://amp.dev/documentation/examples/e-commerce/amp_for_e-commerce_getting_started/. However, there are a lot of design limitations with AMP for eCommerce. You must read it in detail before choosing it.

Anyone would refer/link to your webpage only when you have relevant content for their audience. So, the key is meaningful content. I hope you got the answer :)
